Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment

We print and package every Pull Out Power tee with the same care we take when prepping for a final boss. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During high-volume drops or major sales, processing may extend up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines

- Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping arrives 3‑7 business days after dispatch via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International: Orders generally arrive 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customs processing and local delivery may cause delays beyond our control. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by your country.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions; these apply to the lowest-cost standard delivery method. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.

Tracking & Support

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Use it to follow the journey on the carrier's website or our order status page. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours or you believe your package is lost, contact us at pulloutpower@gmail.com. We're here to help, but please note we can't be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs.
