Return & Exchange Window
We stand behind our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Signs of wear, washing or alteration will disqualify the return.
Final Sale & Exceptions
Gift cards, digital products, mystery items, and any product marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders and limited‑edition drops are final.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at support@pulloutpower.com with your order number, the item you’re returning or exchanging, and the reason.
2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA won’t be processed.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Unless we made a mistake, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item is approved. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you.
